1. About us
This website is operated by Lotta Lolita Tossavainen, a sole proprietorship registered in Finland (Business ID 3662366-4), trading as "Maren Market" ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Products and sizes
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look different on different screens. Sizes are listed in EU sizes; please check the size guide before ordering.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

6. Taxes and duties
U.S. import duties are included in our prices. Any sales tax that applies to your order will be shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Content
All text, images and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
